NEW WIND Kiteboarding is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. Founded in 1999, we are the most experienced kiteschool in the industry, with 2 of the world's best kiteboarding spots as our training ground and our staff is 100% pure kiteboarders. If you have questions about gear or services you have purchased from NEW WIND Kiteboarding, please contact us at 541-387-2440 or newwindkiteboarding@gmail.com, Monday – Friday (9 am - 6 pm PST) and Saturday – Sunday (9 am – 4 pm PST).

THIRTY-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: All products purchased from NEW WIND Kiteboarding carry a thirty-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of the purchase invoice. If you are dissatisfied, in any way, with a product purchased from NEW WIND Kiteboarding, we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the product. The product must be returned, at your expense, in the same condition in which it was purchased prior to any store credit being issued. NO REFUNDS – STORE CREDIT ONLY. All sales are final after thirty (30) days.

WARRANTY: To inquire whether damage to kiteboarding gear that you purchased from NEW WIND Kiteboarding is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us at 541-387-2440 or newwindkiteboarding@gmail.com. In most cases, we will ask you to send a digital photo of the damaged gear and certain information, including a description of the damage, how the damage occurred and the product’s serial number. You are responsible for shipping charges for returned product.
